The PHOENIX Framework is Viana's model for how women move from depletion, overgiving, and undervaluing — through recognition, reclamation, and real boundaries — to full, resourced, audacious growth. It was built from her own arc: the childhood pattern of the good girl, the decades of overdelivering in service of equity for others, the burnout, and the phoenix that rose from it.
